Here at Racquet Restrings, we are now offering a unique repair service using the latest technology. If you've recently cracked the frame or shaft of your racket, or if the handle has fell of - don't worry, it can be fixed.
Keep reading for details on how we fix it, our prices and how to place your order!
How does it work?
Repairing a cracked frame can be a lenghty process. The usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. The repair is based around manufacturing a new piece of frame and using the very latest graphite bonding techniques.
|
Will the racket look or play differently?
After bonding the new piece of graphite, we will use an acrylic paint to make your racket look as good as new. The bonding technique is that good, it's sometimes quite difficult to see where the old crack actually was! Given it's a new piece of graphite, the weight and balance of the racket will be slightly different by a few grams. Due to the nature of the sport, rackets can be involved in clashes at anytime - which is why your rackets' manufacturer warranty does not cover clashes. Despite this, we will very generously offer a free 2 months warranty with all repairs.
